In 2020, female unemployment reached double digits for the first time since 1948, when the Bureau of Labor Statistics started tracking women’s joblessness (Source). This is simply one statistic that highlights the continue inequity experienced by women. In this episode, Jeff Harry shares how our working world has come to rely on masculine leadership traits that are simply not healthy in excess. We are in desperate need for balance from both realms of masculine and feminine leadership.
