Join us in this podcast episode as we continue our work on releasing excess emotion through Qigong. This time we are targeting the heart and its’ commonly stored emotion of deep anxiety. Our current global climate has given birth to new levels of anxiety in several different arenas of life. Without a way to move this energy out of the heart, we have the potential to create dense stagnations that can trigger anxiety attacks and panic attacks. Follow along to learn this simple technique.
