Four times a year, during key seasonal transitions, you’ll receive extra guidance and resources to reset, recharge, and realign with nature’s cycles. During the months of November, February, May, and August, this intensified care helps you navigate life’s transitions with ease and supports you in restoring balance throughout the year.

Each seasonal transition brings specific energy and themes that guide the practices you’ll experience. We continuously evaluate and evolve our offerings to ensure they are most effective and supportive. During the focused months, you’ll receive:
Start each focused month by setting a personal intention to guide your journey. This session helps you focus your energy and clarify your goals for self-care and growth during that particular seasonal shift.
Join us twice a week for Guided Healing Restorative Sessions, designed to provide deep relaxation and healing through movement and breath. Using Medical Qigong techniques, these sessions address energetic stagnations, imbalances, and help rebuild your energy reserves. Each practice is thoughtfully crafted and refined to offer the most benefit to your well-being.
Participate in movement practices that complement the energy of the season. Whether they’re dynamic and energizing or centering and still, these practices help you connect deeply with your body and harness the healing power of Medical Qigong.
Conclude each focused month with a Path Forward Session that equips you with strategies to maintain balance during the in-between months. You’ll gain tools and insights to carry the benefits of your practice throughout the year.
