Why I Created Yellow Court Wellness

I’m still on my own journey of healing from burnout, and through that process, I realized how critical it is to align our self-care practices with the natural rhythms of the Earth. After experiencing firsthand how easily life’s demands can overshadow personal well-being, I wanted to offer a grounded, year-round approach to healing and balance. That’s why I created the Yellow Court Wellness Membership—to help us tune into the Earth element during each seasonal transition, so we can honor ourselves and our energy in a sustainable way.

    All the benefits of the Healing Sound Membership are included, ensuring you never miss out on regular sound healing sessions.
  • Group Guided Energy Alignment Sessions:
    In-person and/or online sessions designed to release stagnant energy, recharge your reserves, and restore balance. (RSVP required—these are live, immersive experiences without replay.)
  • In-Person Movement Practices and Classes:
    Periodic in-person gatherings (such as Qigong & Yin Yoga fusion) for hands-on, grounding experiences that deepen your self-care journey.

  • On-Demand Library of Practices:
    Access past workshops and replays (excluding immersive sessions like Group Guided Qigong and Healing Sound, which require live attendance). Includes self-guided resources and seasonal guidance to support you between intensives.
