What is the HR Healer Apprenticeship?

This immersive 4-year journey blends ancient energetic principles with modern organizational development theory. You’ll explore how energy influences systems, culture, leadership, and personal well-being. Becoming a grounded, intuitive, and effective catalyst for workplace healing.

At the completion of the apprenticeship, you’ll earn the designation:

Certified Energetic Health Specialist

This certification also serves as the prerequisite for the Certified Organizational Energetic Health Specialist program, focused on healing systems at the organizational level.

Program Overview: What to Expect in Year 1

Healing Starts Within.

Year 1 focuses on developing a deep understanding of energy, how it flows, stagnates, and influences the well-being of individuals and teams. Through self-reflection, learning, and practice, you’ll build a strong personal foundation to lead with balance, clarity, and vitality.

By the end of Year 1, you’ll be able to:

  • Recognize and assess energy in workplace dynamics
  • Develop personal energy-care practices to avoid burnout
  • Lay the groundwork for a thriving, engaged culture

Program Structure: Learn, Practice, Integrate

Self-Paced Lessons

Each quarter, you’ll receive access to two self-paced modules via the HRart Institute portal—exploring key concepts through video lessons, reflections, and practices.

Individual Coaching Check-Ins

Instead of cohort discussion boards, you’ll receive monthly private coaching prompts to help you integrate what you’re learning and prepare for your personalized sessions.


Supportive Online Portal

Your membership includes access to the HR Healer portal within the HRart Institute—housing your modules, prep checklists, and tools for self-assessment, practice, and reflection.


Live Stream Insights with Samm

Join Samm live throughout the month as she streams directly into your private cohort portal inside the HRart Institute. These casual, real-time check-ins are your chance to:

  • Get questions answered on the spot
  • Hear what others in the cohort are reflecting on
