What to Expect in Year 1:
Fundamentals of Energetic Health

Healing Starts Within.

Year 1 of the apprenticeship focuses on developing a deep understanding of energy—how it flows, stagnates, and influences well-being in the workplace. Through self-reflection, learning, and practice, you’ll build a personal foundation to lead with balance, harmony, and vitality.

By the end of this year, you’ll:

  • Recognize and assess energy in workplace dynamics.
  • Develop personal practices to align and restore your own energy.
  • Lay the groundwork for creating a thriving, engaged workforce.

Self-Paced Lessons

Every month, participants will access a series of self-paced lessons through the program portal. These lessons provide the core content for the month, blending theory and practical application, and can be completed on your own schedule to accommodate your personal and professional commitments.

Monthly Office Hour with the Instructor

Each month, you’ll have the opportunity to join a live office hour session with the instructor. These sessions are designed to answer any questions you may have about the content and provide additional clarity on how to apply the principles in your personal life and workplace.

Private Cohort Portal

You’ll have access to a private cohort portal where you can engage with fellow participants daily. This space is for sharing insights, asking questions, and building a supportive community of like-minded professionals who are equally committed to transforming workplace culture.

Regular Coaching Cohort Sessions

To deepen your learning and personal growth, the program includes regular coaching cohort sessions. These sessions focus on how the material is impacting you personally, helping you integrate the work into your life and leadership. This reflective space allows for deeper exploration of the healing process as you align your energy and intention with the goals of creating a thriving organizational culture.

Certification Pathway

Upon completing Year 1, you will earn a Certificate of Completion in Energetic Health Fundamentals, signifying your mastery of the foundational principles of energetic health.

Year 1 is the first step toward earning the Certified Energetic Health Specialist designation, achieved after completing the second year of the apprenticeship.

This foundational module introduces you to the unsaid and intangible elements of organizational life: energy and intuition. These forces, often overlooked or dismissed, have always been integral to human resources and leadership. In this module, we’ll explore how energy flows within an organization, how intuition has been a silent ally in decision-making, and why it’s time to recognize and refine these innate skills. Together, we’ll uncover how tapping into energy and intuition can illuminate unseen challenges and opportunities, creating a more aligned and thriving workforce.
Mapping the Energy of People and Systems
In this module, we’ll delve into the parallels between the energetic blueprint of the human body and the structure of organizations. By understanding the energetic development of individuals and the anatomy of organizational systems, we can begin to see how energy flows—or stagnates—within teams, processes, and culture. This month bridges the principles of energetic anatomy with foundational organizational structure theories, helping you map out where energy moves and where it gets stuck. Together, we’ll explore how aligning the energy of individuals and systems creates a healthier and more harmonious workplace.
Clearing the Ghosts of Burnout and Disengagement
This module dives into the Fire Element’s connection to passion, inspiration, and burnout. We’ll explore how the modern workplace’s overemphasis on productivity and constant engagement has left a trail of unresolved emotional and energetic residue—ghosts of workplace pasts that haunt both HR professionals and employees. Through understanding the energetic toll of over-activation in the Fire element, you’ll learn how to identify, clear, and release these energetic imprints. This will open the door for deeper healing, rekindling authentic passion, and fostering meaningful engagement.
The Five Elements and Business Dynamics
In this module, we explore the Five Element theory, a cornerstone of energetic balance, and its relevance to both individual well-being and organizational health. You’ll learn how these elemental cycles—creation, control, and imbalance—manifest in business dynamics and human behavior. By understanding these cycles, you can identify areas of harmony and disharmony within yourself and your workplace. We will also dive into how business and energetic cycles interconnect, offering tools to navigate periods of growth, challenge, and transformation.
The Power of Presence
This module focuses on cultivating presence as a foundational skill for workplace healing and leadership. Presence is more than being physically there—it’s about showing up with authenticity, attention, and genuine care. You’ll explore how reconnecting to your inner child and rediscovering authentic joy can reignite a balanced and harmonious Heart element, essential for leading with compassion and resilience. Through this journey, you’ll uncover how being fully present supports not only your own well-being but also your ability to hold space for others in the workplace.

Listening is an essential skill for any healer, but it goes beyond words. In this module, you’ll develop the ability to listen, assess, and evaluate energy at a deeper level. You’ll learn to perceive what’s beneath the surface in workplace dynamics, individual interactions, and organizational flow. This skill is key to identifying energetic stagnations, misalignments, and areas in need of healing. Through intentional practice, you’ll sharpen your energetic awareness and begin to understand the subtle signals that guide your path as a workplace healer.
Strengthening Your Innate Nature
This module emphasizes the importance of aligning with your innate nature to establish a resilient and balanced energetic foundation. Harnessing the Water Element for Clarity and Resilience
As we enter the quiet and reflective season of Water, this month focuses on cultivating wisdom, resilience, and clarity. The Water element teaches us to embrace stillness, adapt to challenges, and tap into the deep well of insight within. By connecting with the Kidney and Bladder energetics, we’ll explore practices to support courage, overcome fear, and access the wisdom necessary to guide ourselves and others through uncertain times. This module serves as a vital step in establishing the strength and clarity needed for long-term energetic balance.
Leading with Empathy, Not Ego
True healing and leadership come from genuine connection, free from the influence of ego. This module will help you explore what it means to lead with empathy and maintain an authentic connection with yourself and others. You’ll learn techniques to stay energetically aligned and connected to your purpose, creating a workplace culture rooted in trust and understanding. By practicing humility, vulnerability, and compassion, you’ll develop the skills to foster deeper human connections and sustain meaningful healing in the workplace.
Applying Awareness and Recognizing Energies

You’ll learn to use regulatory practices to stabilize your own energy, enabling you to assess others’ energy dynamics more effectively. By practicing these techniques, you’ll begin to recognize energetic patterns, pinpoint areas of imbalance, and implement subtle yet powerful interventions to foster harmony and flow in your workplace.
Exploring Frustrations and Possibilities in the Workplace
This module takes a deep dive into the frustrations and challenges creating energetic stagnation in the HR world and leadership roles today. By identifying and confronting these roadblocks, we’ll begin to uncover the root causes of misalignment, disengagement, and inefficiencies in organizational energy. From there, we’ll explore what becomes possible when energy is intentionally harnessed and directed for growth and healing. This month will challenge you to reimagine how HR and leadership can flow, evolve, and thrive with energy-awareness at the core.

This final module reflects on your journey through Year 1, highlighting how far you’ve come in developing your intuitive competencies and energetic awareness. We’ll explore how these skills can be applied to the HR profession to create meaningful impact, cultivate buy-in, and open new doors for transforming workplace culture. The focus will also be on building resilience and strengthening relationships to lay the groundwork for Year 2, where you will deepen your expertise and prepare for individual interventions through coaching.
