Qi Walking Meditation
Step into mindful motion with this rejuvenating walking meditation practice designed to nourish your energy and ground your spirit.

Qi Walking Meditation begins with a brief guided instruction on the principles of Qi Walking—blending breath, posture, and intention with each step.

Then, we enter into 30 minutes of quiet, flowing movement around the HRart Center courtyard, allowing the natural surroundings to support energetic balance and internal stillness.

No experience necessary. Just bring comfortable shoes, an open mind, and a willingness to let the Earth carry you forward.

Meridian Yin Yoga
Slow down and tune in with 60-Minute Meridian Yin Yoga Class, a gentle yet powerful practice that targets the energetic meridians associated with the current season. Using long-held, floor-based Yin poses, we’ll focus on stimulating and nourishing the organs and energy pathways (meridians) most active at this time of year.

Each session is an opportunity to stretch deeply, release stored tension, and support your internal balance in harmony with nature’s rhythms. Whether we’re easing into the flow of Water season or igniting the vitality of Fire, this class offers a deeply therapeutic way to align body, mind, and spirit.

Qigong Movement
Join us for 45-minutes of guided movement and stillness, designed to help you care for your energy and reconnect with your natural vitality.

Move with intention, restore balance, and learn the art of Energy Care. This in-person class utilizes the gentle, flowing movements of Medical Qigong helping you release tension, regulate your energy, and cultivate inner harmony.

What to Expect:
(1) Qigong for Energy Flow – Gentle, intentional movements designed to purge, tonify, and regulate energy, clearing stagnation and restoring balance.
(2) A Medical Qigong Approach – Unlike other Qigong movement classes, we focus on identifying root causes of stress and imbalance, teaching you how to shift your energy with precision

This practice is suitable for all levels and offers a deeply restorative, meditative, and nourishing experience for your body, mind, and spirit.

Gentle Yoga
Join us in-person for an hour of Gentle Yoga designed to help you relax, release tension, and reconnect with your inner calm. In this class, you’ll settle into long-held poses that encourage deep stretching, mindfulness, and a profound sense of grounding

Healing Sounds

Unlock the power of your own voice to clear energetic blockages and restore balance in your body and mind—all from the comfort of your home. Unlike traditional sound baths where frequencies are played for you, Qigong Healing Sounds is an active practice—combining breathwork with vocalized sounds to target specific organs and emotions.

Rooted in Medical Qigong, this online class guides you through a unique approach to self-healing, using time-honored techniques from Classical Oriental Medicine. Each sound is designed to release stagnant energy, dissolve old thought patterns, and cultivate a deep sense of renewal.

Join us for a guided, interactive practice where you’ll learn how to: Use sound and breath to release emotions stored in different organs. Activate your body’s natural energy flow. Support your well-being with a time-tested method for deep healing.

Energetic Alignment
Settle in from the comfort of home for a deeply restorative group experience focused on energetic alignment and guided stillness. This 45-minute live session offers a unique opportunity to care for your energy without any physical movement—just presence, breath, and gentle visualization.

Perfect for anyone who feels overwhelmed or burned out, especially those who struggle to slow down, this practice invites you to simply rest and receive. You’ll be guided through an intention-based Medical Qigong visualization to help release what’s heavy, welcome in nourishment, and bring your system back into harmony.

What to Expect:
(1) Energetic Release – Let go of stress, tension, and emotional buildup.
(2) Subtle Recharge – Draw in fresh, supportive energy to replenish your reserves.

You’re invited to lie down, wrap up in a blanket, and close your eyes—no movement required. Drift into stillness or even sleep; your energy will continue to receive the healing.
