Each month’s practices are tailored to the specific energies and themes of the seasonal transition. We continuously evaluate and evolve the offerings to ensure they are of the most service, incorporating feedback and adapting to the needs of our community.

Begin each month by setting a personal intention to guide your journey. This session helps you focus your energy and clarify your goals for self-care and growth during the seasonal transition.

Weekly Guided Healing Restorative Sessions
Twice a week, join us for Guided Healing Restorative Sessions. These sessions provide deep relaxation and healing through movement and breath, acting as your prescription medicine. We utilize Medical Qigong techniques to move energetic stagnations, correct imbalances, rebuild your energy reserves, and regulate your nervous system. Each session is thoughtfully crafted and continuously refined to offer the most benefit.

Dynamic and Quiescent Movement Practices
Participate in movement practices that are either dynamic or quiescent, carefully selected to complement the seasonal energy. Whether through active movements or stillness, these practices help you connect deeply with your body and harness the healing power of Medical Qigong. Our approach evolves with each season to ensure the practices resonate with your current needs.
