What This Phase Includes

8 Workshops. One Aligned Leadership Culture.

The Integration Phase consists of eight monthly 90-minute workshops, designed to deepen leaders’ understanding of energetic health, expand essential leadership skills, and align their daily work with personal and organizational values.

Each session builds on the last, moving from awareness to practice, and can include up to 24 participants. We encourage organizations to include high-potential and informal leaders, extending the impact across levels and functions.

I realized that leadership isn’t about a title—it’s about responsibility, communication, and showing up with purpose every day.

I didn’t think week-to-week it was clicking—until the final session, when everything came together. Writing my Leadership Ideology Statement was one of the most rewarding things I’ve done.
