Organizational Health
Organizational Health
Designing work that supports human capacity — so people don't have to over-function just to survive their jobs.
Healthy organizations begin with healthy people
Why this work exists
Addressing the imbalance at the root
I created this work because I've seen what happens when organizations push past their people's capacity. Burnout rises. Culture erodes. Leadership energy thins. And the system quietly asks individuals to compensate for what the structure can't hold. Organizational health is about addressing that imbalance at the root.
— Samm Smeltzer, Founder
Go beneath the surface
We look for root causes (structural, cultural, and energetic), not just surface symptoms or quick fixes.
Work with the whole system
Individual care matters, but sustainable change requires alignment across teams and processes.
Co-Create What's Needed
We bring frameworks and experience. You bring context and lived reality. Together, we design solutions that fit.
How we support organizational health
Three ways we work with organizations
Each service is designed for a different level of engagement — from proactive wellbeing infrastructure to deep culture and change work. Most organizations begin with one and grow from there.

GETTING STARTED
How we get started together
Every organizational engagement begins with a structured needs conversation — designed to make sure we understand your context before we recommend anything.
What we want to understand
- What is the presenting problem or challenge?
- What outcomes does the organization want to achieve?
- What is the organizational context — size, sector, structure?
- What has already been tried?
- What is the timeline and level of commitment available?
When we go deeper with listening tours
- Culture and change engagements where broader data is needed
- Organizations with complex or unclear presenting challenges
- Multi-stakeholder environments where leadership and staff perspectives may differ

Healthy organizations don't happen by accident.
They're built by people willing to look honestly
at what their culture is asking of its people.
We help you see clearly — and build something more sustainable.
